Important Information About Ordering
A conversation via text, email, or otherwise is NOT considered an “order”
A link to your custom invoice will be sent once details are agreed upon, then you will have three days to pay for your order. If details change, the amount due may change as well. If the order is unpaid after three days, your order will be cancelled. ALL orders must be paid in full to be placed on our baking schedule.
We can accommodate any theme request!

Cancellations

Due to the state of the current situation we will accommodate postponement date requests for orders if notified within 7 days of your desired event date. No adjustments will be given for cookies that have already been made.

I don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for flash sale, pre order, or holiday specials

Shipping 
**All orders ship out every Monday before your desired weekend date**

EXAMPLE – if need by date is Saturday, September 14 your order will be ship on Monday, September 9

Once the order is shipped I am not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs with USPS handling. If there is damage or lost order, please email me immediately so I can file a claim with the USPS office and make sure to take photos of damaged orders. Also, no refunds will be given, only those that the USPS may provide if sufficient evidence of loss and damage is noted.

 Food Allergen Note

We keep a nut free zone around our cookie environment but some of our ingredients do have warning labels on being made in the same facility as ingredients with tree nuts and peanuts
